Q: How do I process a Return or Exchange?

A: Please note we only accept returns from items purchased on wearcommando.com. We cannot accept or process returns & exchanges from retail stores and other online retailers. All returns and exchanges purchased from retail stores and other online retailers must be returned at their location of purchase.

Q: How soon will I get my refund once I submit a return?

A: Once your items are received and inspected by our warehouse, you'll receive your refund. This normally happens within two weeks of receiving your return.

Q: Can I return an item that I purchased from another retailer?

A: We only accept returns from items purchased on wearcommando.com. We cannot accept or process returns & exchanges from retail stores and other online retailers. All returns and exchanges purchased from retail stores and other online retailers must be returned at their location of purchase.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Delivery times will vary based on your shipping address and shipping method selected at checkout. All orders for in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days upon receipt of order. During promotions & sales, please allow for additional order processing + shipping time.

We will send you a shipping confirmation and a tracking number when your order is shipped so that you can track delivery more closely. Once the order has been shipped by Commando, we depend on our carriers (UPS, USPS & FedEx) to ensure the package is delivered on time. Please note that inclement weather can delay packages.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time we ship to Canada, Australia & the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). We are hard at work expanding our international shipping. In the meantime, you can find your favorite Commando pieces by referencing our list of stockists here.

Q: Can I edit or cancel my order after it has been placed?

A: As long as an order has not been shipped, it may be canceled within one hour of being placed. To cancel or edit an order please select the edit/cancel link found at the bottom of your order confirmation email. Please reach out to customer service at info@wearcommando.com if you are outside of that time frame and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Q: Have prices increased for some Commando products?

A: Commando has long believed in creating the very highest quality, innovative products that stand the test of time – that means, investing in product innovation, sourcing world class fabrics and thoughtfully producing.  

 

Over the last few years strain on the supply chain has resulted in rising costs and to maintain the very highest quality, innovative products that you’ve come to expect from Commando, beginning February 1, 2022 you will see a price increase across select styles in our collection on wearcommando.com, in addition to our retailers globally.
